Month at a Glance:
In the month of July, we continue our look at the soul with the sermon series entitled /soul-o-lo-gy/. We will continue to examine themes around healthy and unhealthy souls: habit, character, how to care for our soul, and why God is so mysterious with our souls. Don’t miss this exciting journey into soul-o-lo-gy.
Watch mppc.org for information on the current series. And feel free to send an email to ideas@mppc.org if you have a story to share about how God is working in your life.
Miss a sermon? Want to share a sermon or just want to hear it again? Check out our recent sermons online at mppc.org! You can also subscribe to our sermon podcast on iTunes or purchase individual audio CD's.

August 19-24
Signs of Hope Camp is an overnight summer camp at Mount Hermon’s rustic “Redwood Camp” in the Santa Cruz Mountains for foster children 7-11 years of age, sponsored by Help One Child. We are in need of week-long counselors, part-time co-pilots, and day-trip support for Signs of Hope Camp, August 19-24. While the kids are having fun learning Bible songs, mastering the ropes course, and participating in all kinds of other activities, we need help guiding them along, taking pictures, and putting together scrapbooks for them! If you are not able to join us at camp, you can connect with the prayer team, or contribute to the campership fund. Please visit the website at www.helponechild.org or contact Jill Sandy, jill@helponechild.org, for more information and to see how you can support us!

There are dozens of small groups within community, and more continue to form. Contact Lorie Reichel-Howe, lorie@lrhbooks.com, for more information about Small Group openings - or to find out how you can start a new one!
