REGISTER EARLY TO ENSURE A SPOT IN YOUR FAVORITE PROJECT!
For many years now, Compassion Weekend has been a vehicle to mobilize thousands of people to make a difference in the Bay Area. The cumulative impact has been great: Houses built, schools renovated, teachers supported, homeless served, children blessed, ministries launched and encouraged. In addition to the measurable results of the work, Compassion Weekend has opened up new relationships between churches, neighbors, schools, and ministries that we would not have thought possible a few years earlier.

Child Baptism and Dedication

Sunday, April 7, there will be an opportunity for parents to present
their children for baptism or dedication. Two options for a church
required time of instruction for those wishing to present a child on
that date have been scheduled from 3:00-4:00 p.m. & 5:30-6:30
p.m. on Monday, April 1, in our offices at 1451 Grant Rd., Suite 102,

The Mix (for high school)

An Evening with Shauna Niequist | REGISTER

Fellowship HallLadies! Join us for an evening of coffee and dessert, as Shauna Niequist, author of Cold Tangerines and Bittersweet, shares with us from her newest book, Bread & Wine.
Bread & Wine, is about food, but more than that it’s about connection – the connections that are made when we open the doors to our homes and our hearts and gather people around our tables.

Mothers Together Spring Brunch | REGISTER

Fellowship HallGather together with other moms of all ages with "kids" in all stages to enjoy brunch, fellowship and a message of encouragement. This year, special Guest Speaker, Wendy Hagen will share on the topic of Simplicity and Contentment: Living the Un-American Dream.
Get ready to be challenged and encouraged as Wendy talks about the spiritual discipline of Simplicity. This is an area in which Wendy is personally challenged and in which she would like some company as she strives to live simply and give generously while seeking God's Kingdom first. Compassion Weekend | REGISTER

Host Homes
Do you have a spare bedroom and bath you could offer for a few months to a Stanford Hospital patient and/or their family members? The Host Home program is looking for families and individuals willing to minister to those who travel from out of state by offering local housing during Stanford treatments. This is a chance to minister through practical means to families and/or individuals who are in need. Contact Sue Passailaigue, suepass@juno.com.
Deacons are ordained officers of the church, who foster connecting and caring within the church community. Their passion is to help connect members of the community with each other and to ministry. They also provide compassionate response to congregational needs not met by a member’s small group or fellowship group. Men Pursuing Purity is a healing ministry for single and married men who long for freedom from the darkness and shame that comes with sexual sin. We bring men to the cross, trusting the Lord to redeem hearts, minds, and souls. In him we find our true selves, loved, forgiven, and healed. In him we find grace and truth (John 1:14).
For all men who have tried repeatedly to leave sin behind, there is hope for real liberation! Men Pursuing Purity is led by men who have experienced healing from sexual addictions, and who minister from compassion, integrity, and total dependence on God.
